Introduction

I offer a professional counselling approach that is blended with personally created EFT meditations. The focus of my work is to support client`s in overcoming negative belief patterns about themselves, life experiences and others. My work consists of six weeks of EFT meditations (one separate meditation per week for six weeks, applied each morning and each night) plus six one hour counselling appointments to support the process. Appointments £60 per 1hr session. All work adheres to a set code of ethical standards as laid out by NCS/BACP.
